PEARL RIVER — The Pearl River Lady Rebels are 5-11 overall with a 2-3 district record, but Pearl River is on a two-game winning streak.
Last week, the Lady Rebels beat Salmen 15-10 and defeated Lakeshore 10-7.
Offensively, senior Renee Jordan has been consistent at the plate.
Defensively, junior Alyssa Ross and sophomore pitcher Abby Mayfield have stood out.
Senior Abby Roy made a huge impact coming back from an injury that occurred at the jamboree, and young sophomore Brooke Heinz has been improving behind the plate and at-bat.
The Lady Rebs will take the field again on Thursday, April 3 at home against Salmen at 4 p.m.
