SLIDELL — Pope John Paul II’s Lady Jaguars continued their torrid play over the weekend winning a double-header at Ascension Episcopal.
In the first game, the Lady Jaguars swept Ascension in convincing fashion with a 3-0 (25-18, 25-13, 25-13) blowout.
Allison Hartmann had 12 kills and six blocks for PJP while Christina Cutura had 13 digs and six blocks. Milayne Danna finished with 17 assists.
In the second game against Sam Houston the result was the same as PJP rolled to another 3-0 (25-10, 25-14, 25-15) win.
Allison Hartmann had another outstanding game and finished with 11 kills and seven digs. Marlena Cutura had 12 digs and nine kills and Milayne Danna had 21 assists.
